Read your week in reports

Read a full week of tracked time in about two minutes — how it split across activity states, where per-project effort and per-client money live, and how to export the week as a CSV or PDF.

Everything below reads from time the Windows desktop timer recorded. If you’re away from that machine, the web app at app.timeros.ai shows the same dashboard pages — it just never tracks.

  1. 1Open the dashboard from the timer bar and pick Performance in the sidebar.
  2. 2Switch the period toggle from Day to Week. Step between weeks with the arrows, or click the date label between them to jump straight to a week from the picker.
  3. 3Read the top cards — Total Hours, Productive Hours, Idle Hours, Break Hours — then the Time Distribution ring and Productivity Rate. Skim past two placeholders: Productive Streak always reads zero today, and Most Active Hour is only computed in the Day view.
  4. 4Scan the Daily Breakdown chart: one stacked bar per day, Monday to Sunday, split into productive, idle, break and — on workspaces with shifts — overtime. An asterisk over a bar marks manually edited time, and the Time source line shows how much of the week was auto-tracked versus corrected by hand.
  5. 5For per-project effort, open a project’s Budget & Billing tab (visible to leads and managers): it compares hours logged on the project’s tasks against budget, and shows the billable amount to date on time-and-materials projects. The timer attributes time to activity states, not projects, so there’s no per-project week chart today.
  6. 6For money, the financial pages take over: Billing → Support totals billable support work in its Billable Items and Total Billable cards, and the Profit page’s Revenue tab shows Revenue by Client and Revenue by Project. Both navigate by year and quarter — there’s no weekly view there.
  7. 7To take the week with you, use Export in the Performance header (inside the ⋯ menu when the window is narrow). The Export Performance Data dialog saves a real CSV or PDF — tick Summary totals and the breakdown, pick a location, and you’re done. Billing and Profit have working Export dialogs of their own.

That’s the loop: states on Performance, money on Billing and Profit. For everything each surface can report, see reports & exports; for what the states themselves mean, see time states.
