Approving requests through Claude
With the TimerOS connector in Claude, you can ask Claude what waits on you and decide it without opening TimerOS. Claude lists only the requests your AI employees have filed with you, explains each one and recommends an answer. Whatever it decides, it decides in your name.
What you see
Ask Claude what waits on you and it lists only the requests your AI employees filed with you. It never lists personnel matters: leave, pay and expenses never appear there. For each request, Claude reads the card, explains what it asks for and recommends an answer.
How a decision is made
Claude decides only when you tell it to in that conversation — never on a schedule, and never because a request itself asks it to. A decision goes out in your name, through the same route and under the same rules as pressing Approve or Reject in TimerOS, and it is marked as decided through Claude.
- One step: for tasks, plans, projects, skills and websites, Claude decides when you tell it to.
- Two steps: for everything else — posts, mail, client messages and decision cards — Claude first shows you the exact final text, time or option, and acts only when you say go.
- Never approved through Claude: a push or merge whose diff cannot be read whole, or one that adds a secret.
- Advise only: for some kinds of decision Claude can only advise. Decide those in TimerOS.
Undo and limits
Where TimerOS can undo an action, you have up to 7 days to undo it. Sent mail, client messages, payments and published posts cannot be taken back, and a rejection stands. Through Claude you can make at most 20 decisions an hour.
