Help & support

If you hit a snag, there are a few ways to reach us — and a few places to check whether something is already known or already on its way. This page sums up where to go for what.

Open a support ticket

The fastest route is the in-dashboard support centre — sign in and head to Dashboard → Support. From there you can open a new ticket — choose a subject, category and priority, write a description, and follow the full reply thread in the ticket drawer. You can search and filter your tickets (All, Active, Waiting on you, Resolved), reply, close, and reopen. New replies arrive in real time, with a periodic refresh backstop and a manual Refresh button. Tickets are available on every plan.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected]. The same support centre also links out to our documentation and status page.

Response targets

Our published response targets live in the SLA. Response targets are severity-based — from one hour for urgent, service-down issues to three business days for low-priority questions — where business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Sofia time (EET). The support centre also shows an at-a-glance table of target times by priority.

Honest note
The response-time table shown in the app is the same for every plan — these targets are not differentiated by tier today. Treat them as our stated aims, not a contractual per-plan guarantee.

Check status and what’s shipping

  • Status — where service health will live. The dedicated live status page (status.timeros.ai) isn’t up yet; until it ships, if something seems down, open a ticket or email us and we’ll confirm.
  • Changelog — what we’ve shipped recently.
  • Roadmap — what’s planned next, including early-access and “coming soon” work.

A few capabilities you may see referenced in the app — SSO/SAML, audit log, integrations, and API & webhooks — are placeholders and not yet built. If you’re counting on one of these, check the roadmap before you plan around it. For account security topics, see Security.
