Yes. You add a card when you sign up, so your subscription can carry on automatically after the 14-day trial. We don’t charge it until then, and we email you a reminder three days before the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. If you do stay, your first payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Card details stay with Stripe and never reach our servers.
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect when the period ends. To schedule one, your team must already fit within the smaller plan’s seat limit. For now, write to [email protected] to move to Enterprise.
You can’t add a 51st user on Startup. The next step is Enterprise, which has no seat cap and adds payroll and a full profit-and-loss report. It’s in early access: write to [email protected] and we’ll move you over with all your data.
Yes, on every plan. TimerOS hosts an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector. To set it up, paste one URL into Claude, sign in with your TimerOS account, choose read-only or read-and-write access, and decide whether Claude may also work on incidents and change requests. The assistant acts as you and sees only what you can see. It can never see salaries, send invoices, log time or delete anything. Every change it makes is recorded under Settings → Connections with the step that reverses it, and you can disconnect it there in one click. Owners and admins can turn the feature off for the whole workspace. Other MCP clients may work too, but so far we’ve only tested the connector with Claude.
No. Each organization’s business data lives in its own database, so your records never mix with another customer’s. The databases are hosted in the EU and backed up by our database provider. The Sub-processors page lists every provider we use.
We accept card payments through Stripe and bill in euros. Prices exclude VAT, which is added depending on your billing address. Enterprise customers can ask to pay by bank transfer instead: write to [email protected].
