Built for both sides of the desk
TimerOS tracks your time and sends the hours straight into its own projects, invoicing and client portal. We built it at Vezoft after years without a clear record of our own work.
We’re a small independent studio in Bulgaria, and TimerOS is the only product we make.
- Employees see their own work, managers see their team’s, and your clients see their projects, all drawn from the same record.
- Activity is classified on each person’s computer, with no screenshots and no keystroke logging.
- Every release has a changelog entry, and everything planned is on a public roadmap.
A frustration we couldn’t shake
For years we worked at different companies, and every one of them had the same problem. Timesheets lived in one app, projects in another and payroll in a third. Each had its own login, and they never talked to each other.
What bothered us most was that our own work was invisible. We never really knew how productive we were. That hits the quiet people on a team hardest, the ones who get on with the work while others do the talking. When it came to asking for a raise, better hours or anything at all, we had nothing to show but a feeling.
So we built what we kept wishing for: one system that ties time, projects, billing and clients together.
Everyone sees their own work as their manager sees it, and can export their record as CSV or PDF.
“A month of tracked hours is a better argument for a raise than a feeling.”
See your own work and make it count
TimerOS lays out your working day: which tasks the hours went to, and when you were idle or on a break.
Your hours and productivity, week by week.
The hours when your focus slips.
Productive, idle and break time on one timeline.
Months of tracked hours to point to.
With your hours on record, a pay review stops being your word against your manager’s.
From one person’s day to the whole business
Tracked hours serve everyone involved: the person who worked them, the business that plans and bills with them, and your clients, who see how much time went into each task.
For the employee
Your own day, finally visible
- See everything your manager sees about you
- Read the rules that classify your time
- Check your shifts and request leave
- Walk into a review with proof
For the employer
The whole company in one view
- Performance by person, team and company
- Teams and shifts, plus payroll on Enterprise
- Projects, invoicing and expenses
- Client management and a help desk
For your clients
A window into the work you do for them
- Log in to their own portal under your brand
- Request and track projects
- Pay invoices online by card
- Raise incidents and change requests
One system, not ten open tabs
Most teams juggle a time tracker, a project board, an invoicing app and a help desk, and none of them shows the whole picture. TimerOS replaces the lot, and on Enterprise it runs payroll too.
Employees can see their work and prove it, and employers can plan it and bill for it. Both are looking at the same record.
TimerOS 1.0 launched on 21 July 2026. The roadmap shows what works today and what is still planned.
