API reference

A public TimerOS API is on our roadmap, not yet released. We want to be straight with you: there is no developer-facing API, no personal access tokens, and no documented endpoints you can build against today. This page exists so you know where things stand and how to get early access.

Inside your workspace dashboard, the Settings → API & webhooks section is a “Coming soon” placeholder. It describes the shape of what we intend to ship — personal access tokens, OAuth apps, and outbound webhooks with delivery health — but none of it is wired to a backend yet. Treat that screen as a preview of intent, not a working feature.

What is planned

  • Personal access tokens — authenticate programmatic requests against your workspace data.
  • OAuth apps — let third-party tools connect with scoped permission.
  • Outbound webhooks — receive events (with delivery health) so timer and project activity can flow into your own toolchain.
  • Integrations — first-party connections to tools like Slack, Google Calendar, Linear, Zapier, and QuickBooks are also planned.

Every item above is unbuilt. There is no integration engine, no API-management UI, and no published endpoints. Please do not design against placeholder copy — interfaces will change before release.
