Service status

Live service health is published at status.timeros.ai — an independent monitor that runs on separate infrastructure, so it stays up when TimerOS does not.

Live status, uptime history and incident reports

Checked every minute from outside our network. This page is static and cannot tell you what is happening right now — the monitor can.

What the status page shows

Current health for the API, web app, client portal, website and desktop update feed, each with 90 days of daily uptime history. Incidents are posted with timestamped updates and kept permanently, so a link to one still resolves years later.

Days before monitoring began, or any period the monitor did not run, are shown as “no data” rather than counted as healthy.

Reporting something the monitor missed

The monitor checks from one place on the internet, so it can miss a problem that only affects you. If the status page looks green and TimerOS does not, tell us.

Service Level Agreement

Our uptime commitments for paying plans are documented in the SLA. The status page is the monitor the SLA refers to: §1 defines unavailability as five or more continuous minutes of failure, as measured there.
