Time tracking shouldn’t be about watching people
Vezoft makes TimerOS: time tracking for freelancers and teams, plus projects, shifts, invoicing and a portal for your clients.
The Windows app records your working day without screenshots or keystroke logging.
What the app sees, and where your data lives
Only what it needs
The desktop app reads which program you’re using and its window title, and notes when you last touched the keyboard or mouse. In Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome and Edge, it also reads the site’s domain and the first part of the path (play.google.com/console, for example), but never the full address or the page content. It takes no screenshots, logs no keystrokes and doesn’t monitor your clipboard, camera or microphone.
Sorted on your computer
A set of rules and a small statistical model mark your activity as productive or idle. No large language model is involved, and nothing is sent to the cloud to be classified.
Stored in the EU
Every workspace has its own database, hosted on MongoDB Atlas in EU data centres. If you want a copy of your data, email us and we’ll export it.
Made by Vezoft, a small Bulgarian studio
You’ll find Vezoft’s company number, registered address and managing director on the Imprint page.
One product
TimerOS is the only product we make, so nothing else competes for our time.
We needed it ourselves
For years we couldn’t say exactly where our working hours went, so we built the tool we kept wishing for.
Nothing hidden from you
Your manager sees your hours, timeline and productivity, and so do you.
Built and hosted in the EU
Your data is covered by EU data protection law. We answer support requests Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Bulgarian time.
Live or upcoming
If something isn’t live yet, we say so. SSO and an audit log, for example, are still on the roadmap.
Where we are today
TimerOS 1.0 launched on 21 July 2026. Of the apps and services below, 3 are live and 3 are on the way. The roadmap shows what’s next.
See it for yourself
Give the Windows app a normal working week, then look at how it classified your time and read the rules it followed.
